Our Live Answering Service is extremely flexible. You can use our service during regular business hours, after hours and weekends, 24 hours a day, maybe just during lunch time or during your staff meetings. We are always there for you, 365 days a year. We never take vacations and most certainly never call out sick.

Our experience with a large variety of firms – from medical to maintenance – means that when your customers, clients or patients call, they will receive a friendly response and the message taking will be performed efficiently and professionally.

When you subscribe to our live answering service, your incoming calls will be directed to our location and our equipment by utilizing call forwarding, a feature provided by your telephone company. Once connected, your phone will always be answered by one of our experienced and well-trained professional telephone secretaries. The majority of our staff has been with us for years. Our low turnover in employees means a high level of service with fewer mistakes.

Once your calls are answered, messages are then taken accurately and your requested information will be documented. Messages will then be processed according to your instructions. We can hold your messages until you check in with us or we can relay all or just urgent messages to you in a variety of ways.

There are many ways to receive your messages. These include fax or email, by pager or your cell phone or we can place a message in voice mail for retrieval at your convenience. We can even place an active call on hold and connect, or “patch”, you directly to the caller. That is a great feature and is used frequently by many of our clients. As you can see, we are very versatile in getting you the message.

We can also provide you with a toll free number so that you can transfer calls to us from anywhere in the country.

Another unique feature of Cunningham Communications is that all of our equipment is on a backup generator so that when disaster strikes, you can rest assured that we will be there for you.
