Technology is the backbone of Cunningham Communications. Our phone answering service is run on Amtelco equipment, one of the industry’s most reliable call center technologies. Our equipment features “hot swap” drives that back up all of our components. We also have a generator system to keep us running in the event of a power outage.
Our technology allows us to relay messages by patching calls, sending text messages to cell phones, paging a pager, or sending secure emails through our encrypted email service.
To ensure quick response to phone inquiries, we also offer the HIPAA compliant miSecure smartphone application. The miSecure app allows our telephone agents to collect the caller’s information and forward a secure, data-safe text message to the appropriate mobile devices. The miSecure message comes through separately from other email and SMS text messages so your team won’t miss the message and can take action immediately.
